Aug–Sep (Medium flow): Outstanding – full visibility, strong falls, peak photography season. Oct–Nov (Low–medium): Best aerial photography – all falls features clearly visible. Camera advice: Wide-angle lens (14–35mm) is ideal. Remove camera straps before the flight or secure firmly – doors may be removed on certain flights. GoPro chest/head mounts work exceptionally well.

The standard Flight of Angels is 12–15 minutes of flight time. Including check-in, briefing, and boarding, allow approximately 45–60 minutes at the helipad. The 25-minute extended flight allows more time over the gorges and upstream Zambezi.
